Cancellations

& Rescheduling

We know schedules can shift. Our cancellations and rescheduling policy is here to clearly explain what happens if you need to change your class, miss your session, or have questions about refunds.

• Scope
  This policy applies to all registrations for classes, workshops, and sessions offered by Saving Hands CPR.
• Rescheduling
  If you are unable to attend a session you registered for, you may request one reschedule without any fee, provided you do so before the class start time. (Only one free reschedule per registration is permitted.)
• No-shows
  If you fail to attend a class without notifying Saving Hands CPR (a “no-show”), you are not eligible for rescheduling or any refund.
• Cancellations
  Cancellations (i.e., you decide not to attend and do not request rescheduling) are not eligible for reimbursement.
• Refunds
  Because cancellations are not eligible for reimbursement, no refund will be provided in those cases. If Saving Hands CPR cancels the class entirely (due to instructor, venue, or operational issues), you will be offered either:
• A full refund of the registration fee; or
• A transfer to another upcoming session at no additional cost.
  (Saving Hands CPR is not liable for any other costs you incur—travel, lodging, time off work, etc.)
• Reschedule Process
  To request a reschedule, contact Saving Hands CPR at the email or phone number listed on the website as soon as you know you cannot attend. Provide your registration details (name, course, date). Rescheduling is subject to space availability in another session of the same type. Rescheduling must occur prior to the originally scheduled class start.
• After Class Start
  Once the scheduled class start time has passed, no reschedule or refund is permitted, except in extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of Saving Hands CPR (with supporting documentation).
• Special Circumstances
  If you experience a documented emergency (e.g., medical issue, military activation) and notify Saving Hands CPR as soon as possible, they may consider exceptions to this policy. Any such exceptions are at the sole discretion of Saving Hands CPR and may require supporting documentation.
• Policy Changes
  Saving Hands CPR reserves the right to update or amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to registrations made after the effective date of the change; existing registrations will continue to follow the policy version in effect at time of registration.
