Thank you for registering for the Babysitter Training course with Saving Hands CPR. We’re excited to help you build confidence, responsibility, and real-world babysitting skills in a fun, hands-on environment.

This course is designed for future babysitters ages 11–15 and covers important topics like:

  • Basic child care and safety
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Handling emergencies
  • Basic first aid awareness
  • Age-appropriate activities and routines
  • Tips for starting your own babysitting business

Our goal is to help students feel more prepared, confident, and trusted when caring for children.

Drop-off and Pick-up Policy

For your child’s safety:

  • A parent or guardian must check the participant in and out of class
  • Children will not be released without an authorized adult present

What to Bring With You

Please have your child bring the following:

  • A nut-free lunch and water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing for hands-on activities
  • A positive attitude and readiness to learn!

Babysitter’s Training Class Rules

To ensure a fun, safe, and respectful learning environment, all participants are expected to follow these rules:

  1. Be on time.
    Arrive a few minutes early to check in. Class will start promptly.
  2. Be respectful.
    Treat instructors, classmates, and equipment with kindness and care.
  3. Stay in designated areas.
    Do not leave the classroom or facility without permission from an instructor.
  4. Follow all safety instructions.
    Pay attention to demonstrations and practice carefully during hands-on activities.
  5. Keep your hands to yourself.
    No horseplay, roughhousing, or touching other students or training equipment without permission.
  6. Use appropriate language.
    Inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated.
  7. No phones or electronic devices during class.
    Devices should be silenced and put away unless otherwise allowed by the instructor.
  8. Dress appropriately.
    Wear comfortable clothing that allows for sitting, bending, and light physical activity.
  9. Stay engaged and participate.
    Ask questions, take notes, and make the most of your training!
